Whether it is a private luncheon for two, a birthday celebration, or a catered event for 70, The County Club combines excellent service with first-class food to provide the perfect venue for any occasion.

We offer several dining options, our restaurant is light and airy, with crisp white linen tablecloths and Doric-style pillars, it is a firm favourite with members and guests wishing to enjoy a slightly more formal experience and one which never fails to impress.

The Reading Room, main bar and lounge areas provide opportunities to enjoy a lighter meal or quick lunch in relaxed, comfortable surroundings. There is always a little nook or quiet alcove in which to catch up with friends as well as our ever-popular bay window tables with their magnificent views overlooking the iconic Guildford High Street.

Private dining for up to 70 guests is offered in the Doric Room, with the Carroll Suite hosting dinners and lunches for up to 14 people and the Wodehouse Suite being slightly larger with a capacity of around 36, seated comfortably.

Our menus change regularly, with the chef and his team using fresh, locally sourced, and sustainable produce provided by trusted suppliers.

Special dietary requirements are of course catered for, and we are always delighted to discuss menus to suit personal tastes when it comes to special occasions, parties, and celebrations.

Our food is unfussy, uncomplicated, and always excellent. We provide popular dishes for people to enjoy, presented with our signature unhurried and discreet service.
