We guard our traditions carefully, and while you will find none of the ‘stuffiness’ sometimes associated with private clubs, there is a well-established membership process.
Prospective members must be nominated by a current member with each application being assessed on its merits. It is a system that we have had in place for more than 125 years, and all things considered, we think it works rather well.
If you are not fortunate enough to know a County Club member personally as you might be new to the area or indeed the very idea of private members’ clubs, please get in touch and we will arrange an appropriate time for you to visit The Club and be introduced to a member of the Board.
