• Wake Up Dead Man is a 2025 American mystery film. Former boxer–turned–priest (Jud Duplenticy) is sent to a troubled upstate New York parish run by Monsignor Wicks, who soon turns up murdered. The film was met with critical acclaimed for its unique blend of genres, poetic storytelling, and stunning black-and-white cinematography. Praised as a “psychedelic western,” it reimagines the traditional Western by infusing it with existential and spiritual themes.
